User Flow and Sitemap Creation
Creating a structured pathway for users to navigate through the app seamlessly, ensuring intuitive interactions and efficient task completion.
User Story Definition
Crafted detailed scenarios from the user's perspective to identify requirements, goals, and pain points, guiding the development process.
Wireframe Design
Created a skeletal framework outlining the layout and structure of the app's user interface.
Agile Scrum Board Utilization
project management approach to improve collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement.
Prototype Interviews and iteration
conducted structured interviews with bike users (early adopters) to test our app. Then we iterated after debriefing the feedback.

80% of the people who use their bikes as a transport on a daily basis suffers from bike theft.
The data is alarming: around 300 bikes are stolen every day in Spain. That is like around 2 and a half tones of weight in movement around the city.

People need the peace of mind to continue using their bike without the fear of being stolen.
We need to solve the worry of bike users of leaving their bicycles unsafe parkings.
Everytime people leave their bike alone in Spain they suffer and think that maybe one day, when coming back to pick it up, it won’t be there anymore.
